Wave Invasion: Jammed summer schedule

Wave Invasion, one of Southern California's premiere surf instrumental bands, will be making appearances across Southern California during the Summer of 2008. Here are some of the play dates etched in the band's schedule:

• Wednesday, May 14: San Dimas Farmers' Market, 5:30 to 8:45 p.m.


• Sunday, May 18: Glendora Oak Tree Festival, 3:30 to 5 p.m.


• Friday, May 30: Covina Farmers' Market, 5:30 to 8:45 p.m.


• Thursday, June 12: Glendora Farmers' Market, 5:30 to 8:45 p.m.

At the Indian Wells Arts Festival

Wave Invasion was invited to perform in the Southern California desert at the prestigious Indian Wells Arts Festival on April 6, 2008 - a most unusal setting for a surf instrumental band. The boys did an hour-and-a-half set of classic surf, movie and television themes.
